About the Opportunity
The Trainee Associate Opportunity at Vohra & Vohra is available for a duration of three months, with two vacancies. Candidates should have prior internship experience in IP law and be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Draft Notice of Opposition, Counter-Statement/Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification, Notices and Rejoinders.
- Conduct legal research on complex IP matters using standard legal databases.
- Assist seniors with case analysis and review of precedents.
- Prepare case summaries.
- Draft legal memos, briefs, opinions and initial case documentation.
