About the Opportunity
The Legal & Property Due Diligence Internship at EvoPropTech offers law students practical exposure to legal research and real-estate due diligence. The role covers property title verification, MahaRERA research, litigation checks, builder due diligence, agreement review, and related documentation.
The internship initially runs for 1 month and may extend up to 3 months, depending on performance and team requirements. Candidates should be available to complete the three-month tenure if required.
Eligibility
- Law students pursuing an LL.B. or 5-year LL.B.
- Interest in Real Estate and Property Law.
- Good legal research and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good written communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research related to real estate and property matters.
- Assist with property title verification.
- Conduct MahaRERA research and litigation checks.
- Support builder due diligence.
- Review agreements and related documentation.
Stipend
Stipend: ₹8,000
Duration: 1 month, extendable up to 3 months
