This S&M Advocates internship offers direct court exposure across some of India’s most important judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Practice Areas and Forums
The office primarily handles litigation before the following forums:
- Supreme Court of India
- Delhi High Court
- National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)
- National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
- Delhi State Consumer Commission
- RERA and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
Because the firm practices across such a wide range of forums, interns get exposure to different procedural systems within a single internship, rather than just one court or tribunal.
Role and Responsibilities
Selected interns will work on:
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Preparation of briefs, notes, and compilations
- Assistance during court hearings and case management
- Court exposure across multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums
Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must:
- Be a final-year LL.B. student, from either a 5-year or 3-year course
- Have strong research and analytical skills
- Show a fair understanding of procedural and substantive laws
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced litigation environment
Prior litigation internship experience counts as an added advantage, though it is not mandatory.
