The Supreme Court Internship 2026 with Justice P.S. Narasimha offers law students an opportunity to intern with the Chambers of Hon’ble Mr. Justice P.S. Narasimha, Judge, Supreme Court of India. The internship programme will run from October to December 2026 and will accept applications on a rolling basis.
About the Internship
The Chambers of Hon’ble Mr. Justice P.S. Narasimha has invited applications from interested law students for one-month internships during October, November and December 2026.
Students can apply for any one of these months. However, the Chambers will accept applications only through the designated Google Form. Applications submitted through any other method will not be considered.
The internship offers students an opportunity to gain exposure to the working of a judicial chamber and understand the practical aspects of legal work at the Supreme Court.
Eligibility and Internship Period
The Supreme Court Internship 2026 is open to students from different stages of legal education. Eligible candidates include:
- 3rd, 4th or 5th-year students of 5-year integrated law programmes
- 2nd or 3rd-year students of 3-year law programmes
- LL.M. students
The internship lasts for one month. Candidates can apply for an internship during October, November or December 2026.
Selected candidates must attend the internship in person in New Delhi for the entire duration of their internship. Therefore, students should apply only if they can commit to being physically present in New Delhi during their selected month.
Application Process and Deadline

Applications follow a month-specific deadline. Candidates must submit their application by the 10th day of the month preceding their chosen internship month.
For example:
- October 2026 internship: Apply on or before 10 September 2026
- November 2026 internship: Apply on or before 10 October 2026
- December 2026 internship: Apply on or before 10 November 2026
Therefore, students should select their preferred month carefully and submit the form before the applicable deadline.

Selection Process
After receiving applications, the Chambers will shortlist candidates for a brief telephonic interview. Shortlisted candidates will receive further communication regarding the interview.
The Chambers will send confirmation emails to successful candidates by the 20th day of the month preceding their internship month. For example, candidates selected for an October internship will receive confirmation by 20 September.
Successful candidates must then report in person in New Delhi and remain present throughout the internship period.
Due to the volume of applications and limited time, the Chambers has stated that it will not contact unsuccessful candidates.
