About the Opportunity

This Remote Legal Internship is open to 4th and 5th year law students seeking practical exposure to litigation, legal drafting and research.

The intern will work on suits, applications, pleadings, police complaints and case documentation involving areas such as Immigration Fraud, the Negotiable Instruments Act, matrimonial disputes and summary suits.

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing the 4th or 5th year of law school
• Excellent legal drafting and writing skills
• Strong legal research abilities
• Good attention to detail
• High level of integrity and discretion
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Draft suits, applications and pleadings
• Prepare police complaints and related documentation
• Conduct legal research
• Assist with case documentation
• Work on matters involving Immigration Fraud, NI Act, matrimonial disputes and summary suits
• Handle confidential client information and case data responsibly
