Duration: Monthly | Stipend: Not specified | Mode: On-site | Location: Greater Kailash 1, New Delhi | Start Date: 1 August 2026 | Eligibility: Final-year law students

What Is RTA Law Chambers?

RTA Law Chambers is a full-service litigation chamber based in New Delhi, recognised for its work in dispute resolution, arbitration, and commercial law. The chamber handles matters across courts throughout Delhi NCR, alongside advisory, consultation, and agreement drafting work. This RTA Law Chambers internship gives final-year students genuine, on-the-ground litigation exposure, at a chamber built specifically around commercial disputes and arbitration.

About the Internship

RTA Law Chambers runs this internship on a monthly, on-site basis, with the upcoming cycle starting 1 August 2026. Since the chamber offers this internship monthly, you can plan around whichever month fits your academic calendar, rather than competing for one fixed intake window. The role is based entirely at the chamber’s office in Greater Kailash 1, with no remote option.

What Kind of Work Can You Expect?

As an intern at RTA Law Chambers, you can expect to:

  • Conduct legal research on assigned matters
  • Assist with legal drafting
  • Get practical exposure to litigation matters
  • Assist with commercial law-related work
  • Gain exposure to arbitration matters
  • Attend and observe court proceedings

Given the chamber’s specific focus on commercial disputes and arbitration, interns get a genuinely more specialised litigation experience than a general civil practice would offer.

Who Should Apply?

RTA Law Chambers is looking specifically for final-year law students who are keen to gain practical exposure in litigation, commercial laws, and arbitration matters.

How to Apply for the RTA Law Chambers Internship

  1. Prepare a brief CV.
  2. Email your application to advrtalchambers@gmail.com.
  3. Use this exact subject line: “Application for Internship – August 2026.”

This internship is free to apply for. No legitimate internship charges any fee. If anyone asks you for money to apply, it’s a scam.
