About the Internship
The HA&Co. Legal Internship involves supporting lawyers across litigation and advisory matters. Interns may work on:
- Legal research and case law analysis.
- Preparation of legal briefs and memoranda.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Organizing and preparing case files.
- Due diligence and regulatory compliance activities.
- Client matter preparation.
- Internal legal knowledge-building initiatives.
