The Chambers of an Hon’ble Judge of the High Court of Delhi is inviting applications for physical judicial internships for October, November and December 2026. The internship offers students an opportunity to observe court proceedings and assist with legal research and case-related work.
About the Judicial Internship
The Legal Internship at Delhi High Court Judge’s Chambers will provide practical exposure to judicial proceedings and legal research. Interns will have the opportunity to:
- Observe court proceedings.
- Conduct legal research on a wide range of matters.
- Prepare case briefs.
- Draft research memos.
Eligibility
The internship is open to:
- Students currently in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year B.A. LL.B. or equivalent programme.
- Students currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- LL.M. students.
Prior internship experience in litigation or appellate courts is preferred.
Work and Responsibilities
Selected interns will gain exposure to court proceedings and research-based judicial work. In particular, the internship involves legal research, case brief preparation and drafting research memos.
