The Chambers of Hon’ble Mr. Justice P.S. Narasimha, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is inviting internship applications from law students. This Justice Narasimha internship runs on a rolling basis for the months of September 2026 to December 2026, giving students the flexibility to apply for whichever month suits their schedule.

About the Internship

Interested candidates can apply for one-month internships in any of the available months between September and December 2026. Because the chambers accept applications on a rolling basis, you can plan your internship around your academic calendar, rather than waiting for a single fixed intake.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you must be one of the following:

  • A 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year student of a 5-year integrated law programme
  • A 2nd or 3rd-year student of a 3-year law programme
  • An LL.M. student

Application Deadline

You must submit your application by the 10th day of the month before your intended internship month. For example, if you want to intern in October 2026, you must submit your application on or before 10th September 2026. Since this deadline applies strictly, plan your application at least a month in advance.

How to Apply

Apply only through the official Google Form linked below. The chambers will not consider applications submitted through any other channel, including direct email.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will receive a call for a brief telephonic interview. Selected candidates must be present in person in New Delhi for the full duration of their internship. Due to time constraints, the chambers will not contact unsuccessful candidates. If you don’t hear back, you should consider your application unsuccessful for that cycle.

Successful candidates will receive a confirmation email by the 20th of the month before their internship begins.

Why This Internship Matters

A Supreme Court judicial internship under a sitting judge adds real weight to a law student’s profile, especially for those considering litigation, judicial clerkships, or academia. Because this internship runs on a rolling monthly basis, it also gives students more flexibility to time their application around exams or other commitments, compared to a single fixed-cycle internship.
