Jain & Saigal Law Offices is inviting applications for four internship positions for law students from different years of the 3-year and 5-year law courses.
The Internship Opportunity at Jain & Saigal Law Offices provides practical exposure to court proceedings, legal research, drafting, client meetings and, depending on the student’s year, domestic and international commercial arbitrations.
Eligibility
- 2 interns: 5th year of a 5-year course / 3rd year of a 3-year course.
- 1 intern: 3rd/4th year of a 5-year course / 2nd year of a 3-year course.
- 1 intern: 1st/2nd year of a 5-year course / 1st year of a 3-year course.
- Self-driven, hardworking and eager-to-learn law students.
Roles and Responsibilities
Interns may get exposure to:
- Court proceedings and litigation work.
- Legal research and drafting.
- Drafting opinions and agreements.
- Client meetings.
- Civil and commercial litigation.
- Domestic and international commercial arbitrations, depending on the student’s year.
- Insolvency and debt recovery matters.
- Property disputes and banking law matters.
- Service law, matrimonial and consumer protection matters.
- Cheque dishonour and white-collar matters.
