About the Legal Internship
ideaForge is hiring a Legal Intern to join its Legal Team in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day legal operations, particularly contract management and the digital execution of agreements.
As an intern, you will work on legal documentation and coordinate with different internal departments. The position can therefore provide useful in-house legal experience, especially for candidates interested in contracts and corporate legal processes.
The position is on-site, full-time and based in Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
The ideaForge Legal Intern will support the Legal Team across several contract and research-related activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and managing contracts.
- Assisting with contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities, including uploading, tracking and digitally executing agreements.
- Maintaining and updating agreement trackers to support compliance and timely follow-ups.
- Conducting legal research and preparing summaries or notes for the Legal Team.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders across departments for the execution and closure of agreements, including NDAs and SLAs.
- Supporting documentation and other administrative activities as required by the Legal Team.
This role can provide practical experience in how an in-house legal team manages agreements from execution through completion.
Eligibility and Skills
The internship is primarily suited to law graduates, with LL.B., B.Com. LL.B. or equivalent qualifications preferred.
Prior exposure to or familiarity with CLM tools and their functionality is highly desirable. Candidates should also have a basic understanding of contract law, legal drafting and corporate legal processes.
