T&S Law Internship 2026 – Assessment Internship, Capital Markets, NOIDA (Leads to Probable Absorption) | Apply Now
Duration: Assessment Internship | Mode: On-site (Work from Office) | Location: NOIDA | Eligibility: 5th-year law students and law graduates only | Outcome: Leads to probable absorption in the firm
What Is T&S Law?
T&S Law is currently hiring for an Assessment Internship, with a genuine possibility of absorption into the firm afterward. Notably, this isn’t a standard resume-building internship. Instead, the firm has framed it as an evaluation period, with a clear path toward a longer-term role for candidates who perform well.
About the Internship
T&S Law is looking for someone diligent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with the Companies Act, 2013. Specifically, the firm wants a candidate genuinely passionate about capital markets, not just someone applying broadly. Also, since this role is on-site in NOIDA, candidates should be willing to relocate and commit to working from the office.
What Kind of Work Can You Expect?
Interns at T&S Law will get exposure to a genuinely specialised area of practice, including:
- CIBIL and promoter watchout checks, along with legal research and drafting
- IPR due diligence and investment chapters
- Legalities around the appointment of directors, and other compliance matters under the Companies Act, 2013
This is worth noting. Specifically, capital markets work like this isn’t something every internship offers, so it’s a strong pick if you’re serious about that practice area specifically, rather than corporate law broadly.
Who Should Apply?
This internship is open only to:
- 5th-year law students
- Law graduates
Importantly, students in their 4th year or below should not apply here. T&S Law has a separate internship policy for them instead.
Beyond eligibility, the firm is looking for candidates with strong legal research and drafting skills. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and quick to grasp new concepts and apply them practically. Also, since the role demands long working hours, this suits candidates ready to commit seriously to the role, rather than treat it as a short-term stint.
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously interned with firms working on capital markets and SEBI regulations. So, if you’ve had that kind of exposure before, make sure to highlight it clearly in your application.
How to Apply for the T&S Law Internship
- First, prepare your CV.
- Then, write a short but summarising cover email.
- Send both to accounts@tandslaw.group, with a copy to info@tandslaw.in.
This internship is free to apply for. After all, no legitimate internship ever charges a fee. So, if anyone asks you for money to apply, it’s a scam.
