16th Amity International Moot Court Competition 2026: Register by September 25
The Amity International Moot Court Competition 2026 is the 16th edition of the competition organised by the Moot Court Society of Amity Law School, Noida. The competition will be held from October 8–10, 2026, with registration open until September 25, 2026.
About the Amity International Moot Court Competition 2026
The Moot Court Society of Amity Law School, Noida is organising the 16th Paperless Amity International Moot Court Competition (AIM 2026). The competition will be conducted offline at the Amity Law School, Noida campus, giving participating teams an opportunity to engage in in-person mooting and advocacy.
The competition will focus on contemporary questions of international law and require participants to demonstrate legal research, analytical reasoning, memorial drafting and oral advocacy skills.
Eligibility
The Amity International Moot Court Competition 2026 is open to bona fide students enrolled in recognised law schools, universities and institutions in India or abroad offering a minimum three-year LL.B. course.
Key participation requirements include:
- Only one team may participate from each institution.
- Each team must consist of three members.
- The team must have two speakers and one researcher.
- Observers and faculty members are not permitted as part of the team.
Theme of AIM 2026
The moot proposition deals with:
“Regulating Artificial Intelligence in International Law – Drones, UAVs and Machines and the Case Concerning State Sponsored Warfare.”
The theme combines emerging questions surrounding artificial intelligence, international law, autonomous technologies and state-sponsored warfare, making it particularly relevant for students interested in international law and technology law.
Registration Fee
Teams can register under either of the following categories:

The registration fee is inclusive of 18% GST.
Prizes and Special Perks
Participants can compete for cash prizes and trophies across categories including:

- Runners-Up
- Best Memorial
- Best Speaker
The winning team will also receive three one-year subscriptions to SCC Online Web Edition, stated to be worth a total of ₹1,00,500.
Additionally, all participants will receive a one-month free SCC Online Web Edition subscription, stated to be worth ₹3,100 per participant.
