Over the course of law school, I have developed a strong interest in Intellectual Property (IP) law. I have participated in IP-related moot court competitions, conducted research in the field, and completed corporate law internships that have helped me build a foundation in legal practice.
I am now looking to pursue internships specifically in the IP domain and eventually build a career in this area.
At this stage, what steps can I take to strengthen my profile for IP-focused opportunities? What qualities, experiences, or skills do law firms and organizations look for when selecting interns for IP-related roles, and how can I differentiate myself from other applicants who are also interested in this field?
