I have a question regarding legal drafting. I recently joined a drafting course, but I was mainly taught the format and not the reasoning behind it. I want to understand why certain words and structures are used in legal drafts, how to identify and frame proper legal grounds, and how to draft facts and arguments in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner before the court. Since most courses focus only on formats and templates, how can I learn legal drafting effectively in a practical way?
