Suryanshu Mishra is an Associate at CMS IndusLaw, Gurugram, a graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore (Class of 2025). He has worked on high-profile cross-border M&A transactions, including Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd.’s ~€159 million acquisition of three companies from Grupo Antolin, where he was part of the due diligence team. He has also co-authored firm publications on healthcare and pharmaceutical regulatory developments in India. His internship experience spans leading practices including Veritas Legal and Talwar Thakore & Associates, as well as the Chambers of Senior Advocate Anil Bhushan at the Allahabad High Court.
