Nandita Gugnani is an Assistant Professor of Law at Gujarat National Law University’s Silvassa Campus, one of India’s top-ranked law universities (NIRF Rank 5, 2025). A PhD scholar specialising in Constitutional Law, she previously served as a Teaching and Research Associate at GNLU Gandhinagar and holds her LL.B from Law Centre I, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. A certified POSH Trainer, she actively works to promote workplace safety and compliance across organisations and educational institutions. She has delivered sessions on the Indian Constitution and legal system to audiences exceeding 800 students, and brings a rare blend of academic depth, research rigour, and practical sensitisation to her mentoring work — making her an ideal guide for students navigating legal academia, constitutional law, and law school preparation.
