About the Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition
The IX Surana & Surana and UPES School of Law Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition is organised by the School of Law, UPES, in collaboration with Surana & Surana International Attorneys. The Moot Court Committee at UPES has organised eight previous editions of the competition since 2018.
