About the Opportunity
The Paid Legal Internship at Elite Partners & Associates offers law students practical experience in legal research, drafting, case analysis, and other aspects of legal practice. In particular, students with prior experience or a keen interest in consumer disputes and labour matters will receive preference.
The internship primarily follows a remote work model. However, interns may occasionally assist with court-related work and other assignments when required. In addition to the stipend, the firm offers a performance-based bonus to interns who demonstrate commitment, produce quality work, and perform well.
Eligibility
- Law students interested in Consumer Law and Labour & Employment Law.
- Candidates with prior experience or a keen interest in consumer disputes and labour matters are preferred.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work diligently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist with case analysis.
- Draft legal documents and support related documentation.
- Assist with court-related work and other assignments when required.
- Support matters involving consumer disputes and labour and employment law.
