About the Internship
The Litigation Internship Delhi 2026 offers practical exposure to core areas of litigation practice.
During the internship, students will work on legal research using SCC Online and Manupatra. They will also develop their understanding of procedural law and undertake drafting assignments based on their experience and level of training.

A sound understanding of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is essential.
Meanwhile, familiarity with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
Students must meet the following minimum requirement:
- 5-year integrated law programme: 3rd year or above.
- 3-year LL.B. programme: Equivalent stage of the course.
Applicants should also demonstrate a genuine interest in building a strong foundation in litigation practice.
