Duration: Minimum 4 weeks | Mode: Physical (Work from Office) | Location: Bengaluru | Eligibility: 3rd year and above (5-year LL.B.) / 2nd year and above (3-year LL.B.)

Quantum Legal is a Bengaluru-based, dispute-focused law firm with a practice spanning commercial litigation, arbitration, civil litigation, and corporate advisory. The firm regularly advises clients on complex commercial disputes while also handling corporate legal matters, giving interns exposure to both contentious and advisory work.

For law students interested in litigation or arbitration, this internship offers an opportunity to see how disputes are managed from the initial client consultation through legal research, drafting, courtroom proceedings, and litigation strategy.

About the Internship

Quantum Legal is inviting applications for its August and September 2026 Internship Programme at its Bengaluru office. This is a physical internship with a minimum duration of four weeks, allowing students to work closely with the firm’s legal team on live matters.

The firm has also mentioned that preference will be given to candidates who can intern for a longer period. Since the internship is entirely office-based, applicants currently based in Bengaluru will be preferred.

Longer internships often provide significantly better learning opportunities than short placements, as interns get the chance to follow matters over several weeks and understand how litigation develops at different stages.

What Kind of Work Can You Expect?

Interns at Quantum Legal will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of practical assignments, including:

  • Legal research
  • Drafting pleadings
  • Drafting commercial documents
  • Assisting with court proceedings
  • Attending client conferences
  • Supporting litigation strategy

This combination of work offers valuable exposure to both litigation and commercial practice. Rather than focusing only on research, interns also gain insight into client interactions, courtroom procedures, and the strategic decisions that shape legal disputes.

For students considering careers in commercial litigation or arbitration, this experience can provide a strong practical foundation before graduation.

Who Should Apply?

This internship is open to:

  • Students in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme
  • Students in the 2nd year or above of a 3-year LL.B. programme

Quantum Legal is looking for students who are genuinely interested in dispute resolution and are willing to engage with legal work that requires analytical thinking, careful drafting, and attention to detail.

Preference will also be given to:

  • Candidates available for more than four weeks
  • Applicants based in Bengaluru, since the internship is conducted entirely from the firm’s office

Students who are planning careers in commercial litigation, arbitration, or civil disputes are likely to benefit the most from this opportunity.

  1. Prepare your updated CV.
  2. Write a brief statement of interest explaining why you wish to intern with the firm.
  3. Email both documents to adv.vyshakmani@gmail.com.
  4. Use the following subject line:
