About the Opportunity
The Office of Adv. Ashwini Upadhyay is inviting applications for a one-month internship in December 2026. The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain specialised exposure to writ petitions, particularly in constitutional and public law matters before the Supreme Court of India.
Interns will work in areas including Constitutional Law and Civil & Commercial Law. The internship will take place offline, six days a week, offering practical exposure to legal work connected with the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court.
Eligibility
- Students enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme.
- Interest in Constitutional Law, Civil & Commercial Law, and public law matters.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to constitutional and public law matters.
- Develop an understanding of writ petitions and related legal work.
- Engage with matters concerning civil and commercial law.
