Roles and Responsibilities
Conveyance Team

- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and property searches.
- Assist with registration of documents.
Research and Drafting Team
- Analyse precedents and statutes.
- Provide legal views based on legal research.
- Draft pleadings and prepare notes.
- Assist with briefing senior professionals.
Eligibility
- Freshers: 0–1 year of work experience.
- Junior Associate / Associate: 1–3 years of work experience.
- Minimum commitment of 2 years.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to undertake other assigned work.
- Commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.
