About the Opportunity
Tsaaro is hiring a Legal Intern to work with its finance and accounts teams on legal, financial operations, reporting, and compliance-related activities.
This is a 6-month, in-office internship in Noida. The role provides practical exposure to contract review, legal research, compliance, documentation, and day-to-day legal operations.
Eligibility
- Final-semester law students or recent graduates.
- Willing to work from the office for the full internship duration.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and draft NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and vendor agreements.
- Identify risks, redline contracts, and assist with basic drafting.
- Conduct legal research and interpret laws, regulations, and case law.
- Identify missing clauses, definitions, obligations, and commercial terms.
- Draft professional legal and business emails.
- Maintain contract, renewal, expiry, compliance, and obligation trackers.
- Work with MS Word, Track Changes, and comments.
Stipend
Salary: ₹7,000–₹10,000
