Role & Responsibilities
The Trainee Associate will work with partners and senior associates on:
- Drafting and negotiating Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs), lease deeds and commercial contracts.
- Handling legal compliances for a hospitality group.
- Trademark and copyright prosecution.
- Commercial litigation, advisory work and legal research.
- Media & entertainment law and general corporate-commercial matters.
Eligibility
- Final-year LL.B. students or recent graduates.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- Prior internship experience in litigation or commercial law is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary
Salary will be as per skills and experience.
The position includes a mandatory probation period of 6 months.
