Supreme Court Judicial Internship with Justice MM Sundresh
The Supreme Court Judicial Internship MM Sundresh offers law students an opportunity to intern at the office of Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.M. Sundresh, Judge, Supreme Court of India. The internship is available for November and December 2026.
Eligible students can apply through the prescribed Google Form. Moreover, shortlisted candidates will go through a merit-based selection process that includes a typed brief-making exercise.

Students from both 5-year and 3-year LL.B. programmes can apply for the MM Sundresh judicial internship.
For the 5-year B.A. LL.B. programme or its equivalent, applicants must be:
- In their fourth year, or
- In their final year.
For the 3-year LL.B. programme, applicants must be:
- In their second year (4th semester), or
- In their final year.
The office is accepting applications for the following internship months:
- November 2026
- December 2026
Therefore, eligible students can choose the month that suits their academic schedule.
Selection Process and Brief-Making Exercise
The Supreme Court Judicial Internship MM Sundresh follows a merit-based selection process. Shortlisted applicants must also demonstrate their ability through a typed brief-making exercise.
The office will notify shortlisted candidates approximately two weeks before the internship starts. Final selection will depend on the applicant’s merit and performance in the brief-making exercise.
If an applicant does not receive any communication from the office, the application has not been successful.
