Duration: Long-term, starting August 2026 | Mode: Physical, in-office | Location: New Delhi | Eligibility: 2nd-4th year LLB students

Mind Legal is a full-service, Delhi-NCR based law firm specialising in general corporate law, commercial disputes, insolvency, and regulatory matters. The firm advises clients across general corporate work, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, taxation, banking, technology law, and dispute resolution, appearing before various High Courts, Tribunals, and the Supreme Court of India. This Mind Legal internship gives law students exposure to a genuinely broad, established corporate and commercial practice, not a narrow single-subject placement.

About the Internship: August 2026

Mind Legal is opening this internship as a long-term, physical, hands-on placement starting 1 August 2026, at the firm’s New Delhi office. The firm has framed this specifically for students who want to engage meaningfully with corporate and commercial legal practice, not just observe from a distance. As the firm’s practice continues to expand, this internship also offers genuine exposure to how a growing corporate advisory and disputes practice actually scales.

What Kind of Work Can You Expect?

Interns will work closely with Mind Legal’s team on:

  • Corporate and commercial advisory work
  • Research and drafting relating to commercial disputes and arbitration
  • Matters before various courts
  • Regulatory and compliance-related advisory assignments

This mix gives you exposure to both the transactional and disputes sides of corporate practice, along with the regulatory work that increasingly sits between the two.

Who Should Apply?

This internship is open to:

  • Students in the 3rd or 4th year of a 5-year LLB programme
  • Students in the 2nd year of a 3-year LLB programme

Mind Legal is looking for candidates who are serious about legal practice, diligent in research and drafting, and willing to engage with matters that demand sustained attention and analytical rigour, rather than students looking for a light, observational internship.

  1. Prepare your CV.
  2. Write a brief statement of interest.
  3. Email both to info@mindlegal.in.
