This Treelife Ventures internship gives aspiring law students hands-on experience in corporate transactions, compliance, and legal advisory work. Interns work under the guidance of experienced attorneys throughout the internship.

The internship covers M&A, PE/VC transactions, contracts, and compliance. Treelife Ventures works closely with startups and investors, so interns get direct exposure to real deal work rather than routine research tasks alone.
Position Details
- Position: Intern – Transactions
- Duration: 0–6 months
- Mode: Full-time, Hybrid/Remote
- Location: BKC, Mumbai
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a range of issues
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and briefs
- Attend client meetings and prepare detailed notes
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and organizing documents
- Support investment transactions for startups and investors, including drafting, vetting, and negotiating transaction documents
- Assist in managing compliance and legal functions
- Work across company law, data protection, commercial contracts, foreign investments, acquisitions, and investment exits
Candidate Requirements
