About

Muskaan Shalini is an Advocate practising before the Supreme Court of India, with a focused practice in criminal, constitutional, and labour matters. She trained for nearly three years in the Chambers of Senior Advocate Archana Pathak Dave before enrolling at the Bar in August 2024, building a strong foundation in SLP drafting, counter affidavits, and High Court appearances. In her first year of practice, she has worked on matters before the Supreme Court and High Courts, including a successful constitutional challenge before the Rajasthan High Court quashing an academic cancellation order on grounds of natural justice. She has also appeared in labour court matters at GSL Chambers alongside Asialaw-recognised practitioners. Passionate about access to justice and public interest law, she brings both courtroom experience and genuine mentoring warmth to students at the very start of their litigation journeys.
