Aditi Duggal is a corporate lawyer with over seven years of experience across leading law firms and in-house legal functions, currently serving as Legal Consultant at JLL India. Most recently a Senior Associate at TLH, Advocates & Solicitors, Hyderabad, she has worked on high-profile M&A transactions including RUSAL’s USD 468.7 million three-stage investment in Pioneer Aluminium (recognised by India Business Law Journal as a Deal of the Year 2025) and MosChip’s INR 245 crore acquisition of Vayavya Labs. Her practice spans investment transactions, commercial contracts, corporate advisory, legal due diligence, and employment law, with prior stints at Vertices Partners, Saakshya Law, and TASC Outsourcing.
