Kanika Sharma is a Legal Counsel at UNI Legal, practising across capital markets, real estate, and dispute resolution. An Advocate enrolled before the Supreme Court of India and the Rajasthan High Court, she has advised companies on real estate transactions, assisted infrastructure companies with their IPO processes, and developed a sharp understanding of SEBI’s evolving regulatory framework. Her prior experience includes stints at Hammurabi & Solomon Partners (real estate title due diligence) and T and S Law (capital markets). A graduate of Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur, with specialisation in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, she is also a prolific writer β regularly publishing incisive analyses on IPO litigation risks, SEBI ICDR amendments, privacy law, and corporate tax.
