Utkarsh Saxena is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at Nirka Law Advisory, specialising in construction arbitration and commercial litigation. He has represented some of India’s leading infrastructure conglomerates and energy majors in high-stakes disputes arising from large-scale project developments. A graduate of Jindal Global Law School (LLB) with an earlier BBA (Finance) from O.P. Jindal Global University, he brings a rare dual grounding in law and business to his practice.
