Yasharth Kant Srivastava is an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India with nearly 14 years of practice, currently serving as Standing Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh before the Supreme Court, a Group A Panel Advocate for the Government of India, and Panel Advocate for Tata AIG, Reliance General Insurance, and Canara HSBC Life Insurance. A graduate of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow (Batch of 2012), he has built a broad practice spanning criminal law, commercial litigation, and insurance disputes before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and NCDRC.
