I am a second-year B.A. LL.B. student and would like to understand what distinguishes a strong CV from an average one at this stage of law school.

Given that many students have limited internships and professional experience in their early years, what are the key elements that recruiters and legal professionals look for when reviewing a second-year student’s CV? Which activities, achievements, skills, or experiences add the most value and help a candidate stand out from other applicants?
