Suhel Qureshi is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice at Khaitan & Co., New Delhi, with a focused practice spanning domestic and international arbitration, commercial litigation, and pre-disputes advisory. A BBA LLB graduate from National Law University, Odisha (2020) and LLM holder from Jindal Global Law School, he began his career at the Chambers of Mr. Altaf Mohammad Qureshi before moving to AKS Partners and then Khaitan & Co. — steadily building a high-quality disputes profile at leading institutions. He represents clients before arbitral tribunals and Indian courts in high-value commercial matters, and is a co-author of Khaitan & Co.’s quarterly arbitration digest series published on SCC Online. He has also contributed to the firm’s construction disputes whitepaper unveiled at the 5th Biennial International Conference on Construction Law & Arbitration. A mooter of distinction — reaching the Top 32 at the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and winning the Alona E. Evans Award for Best Memorial — he brings the same rigour to practice and to ADR education, having drafted mediation problems for the inaugural Jamia Millia Islamia National Mediation Competition.
