A graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (WBNUJS, Batch of 2017) with a specialisation in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, she began her career as an Associate at AZB & Partners, Mumbai, where she spent three and a half years and was ranked 2nd in the Individual India League Table (Level 2) for Media deals by Merger Market in 2018. She has since risen to Principal Associate at Khaitan & Co, building deep expertise in legal due diligence, transaction document drafting and negotiation, and corporate advisory.
