Aditi Sharma is an Associate in the M&A and Private Equity practice at JSA, Delhi, with a focused transactional career spanning deal advisory, PE/VC investments, and corporate M&A. She then moved to JSA in December 2025, joining one of India’s leading full-service firms in its M&A and PE/VC practice. Her internship track spanned Khaitan & Co., Spice Route Legal, Dentons Link Legal, and IndusLaw β€” all with a deliberate transactional focus β€” reflecting a clear early commitment to the deals space.
