Adarsh Kashyap is a corporate lawyer with close to two years of experience in the General Corporate, M&A, and Project Finance practice at SKV Law Offices, New Delhi. A graduate of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar (Batch of 2024), he has worked on landmark energy and infrastructure transactions β most notably advising Tata Power on its strategic partnerships with Druk Green Power Corporation for the 1,125 MW Dorjilung and 600 MW Kholongchhu Hydropower Projects in Bhutan, both covered by Bar & Bench, Asian Legal Business, and ET Legal World. His experience spans domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, venture capital transactions, legal due diligence, and end-to-end transaction execution.
