Abstract Submission

Authors must submit an abstract of 300–400 words along with 5 keywords through the prescribed submission process.

The organisers will inform authors about the selection of their abstracts.

Submission Guidelines

Selected authors must follow these requirements:

  • Submit the paper in MS Word and PDF format
  • The paper must be original and unpublished
  • Word limit: 4,000–6,000 words, including citations
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Alignment: Justified
  • Number headings and sub-headings appropriately
  • Follow Bluebook, 20th Edition (2015) for citations
  • Plagiarism above 10% will lead to disqualification
  • Use of AI is strictly prohibited
  • Up to one co-author is permitted
  • Cross-authorship between different institutions is permitted

Evaluation Criteria

The papers will be evaluated on:

  • Originality and innovation
  • Depth of research and analysis
  • Clarity and structure
  • Strength of arguments
  • Compliance with formatting and citation requirements

Prizes & Certificates

  • Winner: ₹11,000 + Certificate of Merit
  • 1st Runner-Up: ₹7,000 + Certificate of Merit
  • 2nd Runner-Up: ₹5,000 + Certificate of Merit
  • Top 10 Participants: Certificate of Excellence
  • All Participants: Certificate of Participation

The total cash prize pool is ₹23,000.
