About
Rohini Kalyankar is a law academic and researcher specialising in Constitutional and Administrative Law. She holds an LLM from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, and a BLS LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai, along with a Diploma in Cyber Laws and MH-SET (Law) qualification. She has served as Assistant Professor of Law at Bhagubai Changu Thakur College of Law, New Panvel, and as Research and Teaching Assistant at MNLU Mumbai — where she coordinated the Centre for Mediation & Research and the Centre for Applied Research in Public Health Law. A recipient of the 1st Best Paper Presentation Award at the HNLU International Constitutional Law Conference (2025), she has published book chapters on judicial independence and international human rights, and presented research at national and international conferences. A certified PoSH Trainer with training in mediation, legislative drafting, and AI-enabled legal research, she is deeply engaged in moot court judging, academic mentorship, and interdisciplinary legal scholarship.
